Regina was very patient and cooperative when we wanted to see many listings, and actually seemed ot enojy showing us various places when it might have begun to seem like we'd never buy a place. However, when we finally decided on a place, she negotiated as we asked her to, and we feel like she went above and beyond normal service in making the deal happen in under 30 days. She referred us to a mortgage broker who really worked with us, but Regina herself arranged an extra inspection in the Boynton Beach area where we bought, attended when we could not, since we live hours away, and even ran some unusual errands that allowed us to avoid delays. After the sale she introduced us to the manager at the HOA and made sure we got settled in okay, All in all, this was a great experience.
