Dave Okeefe was wonderful to work with when I flew in to Florida to look for a property to purchase. He is very personable and has an easy, qenuinely kind way he interacts with with people. I had never met Dave before my trip to Florida but it didn't matter, Dave's people skills are excellent and working with Dave was a fun, pleasant experience even with the stresses that naturally come with a concentrated hunt for property as I had only 4 days to find what I wanted at the price point I could afford.
The most impressive thing that Dave did for me was driving 7 hours round trip to video a property he found for me. He didn't have to do this as I would have probably bought the property off the Zillow ad but as he told me, he would do this for anybody as it was the right thing to do. I must have watched those videos a hundred times. The property was perfect in everyway, in it's topography, size, location and price so of course I bought it! Thank you so much Dave Okeefe.
