Julii collaborated with her collegue Erika Samchez. They both did a great job! I met them when they were having an open house at the house next door to mine. I went over there, introduced myself and they were very interested in seeing my house and using their deep knowledge of the neighborhhood to sell it.
Julii got an offer out of the MLS for $10,000 less than the asking price within the first week. Nonetheless, they held an open house the first weekend and got two more offers, these for the asking price. I told them to tell the second offer that they had to go higher than the first and immediately got a counteroffer for $10,000 more than the asking price, which I accepted.
A slight glitch at the closing delayed the funds transfer a few days, but Julii and Erika managed that well and both the buyer and I were satisfied with the solution. We still closed two days before the contract date.
