I live 1,000 miles away from the property we sold in Central Florida. I had originally planned to try to sell this property by owner. After a somewhat lengthy first attempt (which failed), I contacted Casey Altman and asked if he would list the property for me. It was pretty much, from my perspective, on auto pilot from there. We ran into a bit of a complex title issue which, had I been selling by owner, would have most likely derailed the sale. Casey handled everything! Being local and possessing a strong knowledge of the real estate business, he was willing and able to do all of the legwork to correct a mistake that had been made years ago. I could not have completed this sales process, and maximized my profit at the same time, had he not been involved. I have already had a discussion with him about a future purchase in Florida. I'll work with Casey again, not because there aren't any other competent professionals out there, but because Casey proved to me that he is for the client, and that's the kind of agent you want on your side.
I'm sure he will see this, and I've already told him multiple times, but Thanks Casey for your professionalism, dedication and being such a competent representative for me!
