With each and every conversation or correspondence with Dave, it was very
apparent that he gave very serious thought and a very dedicated and
Professional Effort to addressing all of the issues and questions that I
discussed with him. It took many years to finally sell this Property, due to
aspects of the property ( the steep slope at back of the lot). There were
many prospective buyers, and I had begun to feel this lot would never be sold.
However, Dave was ALWAYS SO THOUGHTFUL and REASSURING about
the property being sold with every potential buyer. I admire him So Much
and will always be grateful for his persistent, dedicated efforts that resulted
in the sale of this property!!!...
