We never expected this joyful but stressful purchase to run so smoothly. It is all becaused of Barbara Kinee's ability to be an expert in the field of real estate but also by adding her personal touch. Since we are purchasing from out of state she went above and beyond by: taking our mail, going through walkthrough by Facetime, adjusting the temperature in the home until we get there. We will be having a lot of visitors in the next year and we look forward to recommending her should others want to move to Fort Myers....
