George Perez was very knowledgeable and professional about everything associated with his job. If he did not know the answer to my question he would check into it and called me back in a very short period of time. He kept me informed on everything while looking for the right property for me. First off,George Perez is top notch in all aspects! He is professional, yet very interested in the personal side,as far as what is important to the client! I would recommend George as a real estate agent to anyone,feeling comfortable that they would be treated with respect, kindness, understanding...he listens,which is so unusual,yet extremely important, at least to me! It was never about him and his commission...NEVER! It was about me,his client, getting as much as I could! He was amazing! I was 1100 miles away, and had never met George, yet knew from our first conversation that he was the right agent!
