First off,George Perez is top notch in all aspects! He is professional, yet very interested in the personal side,as far as what is important to the client! I would recommend George as a real estate agent to anyone,feeling comfortable that they would be treated with respect, kindness, understanding...he listens,which is so unusual,yet extremely important, at least to me! It was never about him and his commission...NEVER! It was about me,his client, getting as much as I could! He was amazing! I was 1100 miles away, and had never met George, yet knew from our first conversation that he was the right agent! It could have been a most stressful time,yet George continued saying, let me handle that. And you know what,he did every time there was a little thing to deal with, he did,as he said he would! George is a man of integrity, a man of his word! He truly walks the walk!
