We cannot be happier with the outcome of selling and purchasing our new home in Cape Coral, Florida. Let me start off by telling you the minute I met Livia. She was extremely professional kind and knowledgeable. She really knew how to set the expectations and was ready to start showing us new homes right away. She was easy to communicate with very dependable and was not afraid to roll up her own sleeves. We met with Livia to talk about the reasons why we wanted to sell our home and move in the same city. She took the time to listen and understand what we wanted in the new home.
