Born and raised on Florida's Space Coast, Rishel has a deep understanding of the area and the coastal lifestyle it has to offer, embracing everything from fishing and boating to simply enjoying the beach. Her deep appreciation for the area and her passion for helping others led her to obtain her real estate license. Rishel is dedicated to sharing her knowledge of the Space Coast and guiding clients to find the right property that fits their needs. Before obtaining her real estate license, Rishel obtained an associate's degree in Business and spent over 10 years working in the service industry, where she developed strong skills in customer service and communication. In her real estate career, Rishel has worn many hats, serving not only as a realtor but also as a transaction manager for fellow agents closing over 400 deals throughout Florida. Through her experiences, she has gained invaluable insights into every aspect of the real estate process, ensuring that her clients receive the highest level of expertise and care.
