As a former Northerner who traded tough winters for the conquering tropical Florida weather, the welcoming warmth of beautiful, sandy beaches, scenic bike rides, and a diverse cultural meeting pot, Ivette learned that finding the right sanctuary can prove quite challenging. - She struggled with finding the right city, neighborhood, school district, and price range for her family! Having bounced around from city to city for a few years before coming across a place that checked all her boxes and having no one to help her navigate through the process, she realized how difficult finding the right sanctuary can be! - She moved her family into their new home and shortly thereafter, decided that her life scale wasn’t balanced just yet! -She decided she wanted to do something with her new found knowledge - - share it! - After a twenty plus year successful career in the legal industry as a legal assistant/paralegal, she decided she wanted to transition into a career that would be more fulfilling and chose to become a real estate sales associate in order to help others avoid the struggle she and her family endured while trying to find their sanctuary.

When she is not working she likes to volunteer her time mentoring young women who struggle with mental health issues as well as women of domestic abuse. She loves to spend time outdoors with her family, reading books, traveling to foreign places, listening to music and watching amazing sunsets from her backyard with her husband!
