From the beginning I knew that I was in good hands. We had one deal fell through, and I was devastated. Katrice encouraged me to just shake it off. These things happen she said. And we moved forward. She was so involved in the sale, making phone calls, getting information, it was so reassuring having her on my side. We'd find a house I liked and I'd tell Katrice to "Get the Shovel", time to start digging. Her professionalism was second to none. I'm just so honored to have worked with her and that she was part of something so important to me. She's just FABULOUS!!!!
