David Pickering is the only broker I will deal with in his geographic area. He is outstanding and actually puts up with my anally retentive nonsense and I want it done yesterday mode of work. Not only is his work outstanding but his "other" people that surround the project have the same work ethic and "can do" attitude. He is also part therapist.

This is, I honestly forget, how many properties we have been involved in. All of the things above are descriptors for David but timely and clear communications is the most important to me.
