Jim is the best. When he sold our house in Fort Lauderdale, he looked out for our best interests all the time – even to the point of making up for the ineptness of the buyer's agent. Jim helped us set a reasonable price for the property, gave us sage advice every step of the way, and was an excellent negotiator – not to mention just a really pleasant guy to deal with. His professionalism was the best we have ever experienced in 35 years of buying and selling homes. Having an agent we could trust was particularly important because we were absentee property owners (Alaska). We pity any buyer or seller whose agent is not Jim Demarest.
