Jose communicates very well during the entire process which was very helpful because we were purchasing this while living in California so we couldn't be there thru the process. We made the offer sight unseen and relied heavily on Jose's description and photos that he supplied us. He was accurate and thorough in this. This allowed us to get our offer to the seller very quickly. There were multiple offers on this condo and with Jose's guidance we had our offer accepted. His experience payed off for us!
