Kwynn Nicholas was able to utilize her knowlege of the real estate market and the best area contractors. All of the contractors that we utilized, she had first-hand knowledge of the quality of their work they had previously performed. We listened to her suggestions and heeded her advice. All of the contractor' work exceeded our expectations. Several contractors made timely suggestions that Kwynn would pass along and we would incorporated them into our various projects. It was like having a professional team of experts who were providing us with their expert advice. That goes a long way in providing an out of state seller with piece of mind. Kwynn would keep us posted with progress reports by calling, emailing, texting. Kwynn provided us with before and after pictures whenever a contractor's work was completed and sent us an invoice. The pictures allowed us to see that the work was complete and we had verification the job was done correctly. Kwynn recommended a photograher and we were very pleased how well the pictures come out. The photographer was able to capture the best features of the property inside and out. Kwynn listed the property on a web based platform for the world to see and it worked.
