Her hands-on experience spans both the legal and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Century 21 J.W. Morton as a full-time agent, Allison completed an apprenticeship with Jim Morton, where she gained valuable exposure to contract preparation, document management, and closing processes. As a Research Intern at Grant Law Partners, she honed her skills in legal research, communication, and operational support, often serving as a liaison between clients and attorneys.
