Reid reached out to Crystal on a Saturday night via email. She reached back out to us on Sunday to schedule a Monday video appointment. Turns out a friend was local and able to meet up with her to do a video walk-through on a property. She was very patient with him. She made sure we were able to do a walk-through ourselves the following week, make sure we got our inspections, and assisted us the whole walk all way through our contract and closing. She came with a good referral, but I'll tell you she went over and above and is an amazing agent. This purchase was going to be our final forever home. We are so glad Crystal was the one to assist us. We will definitely reach out to her in the future for up-and-coming investment properties.
