Can't say enough good things about our realtor Melynda Collette. We purchased a house in Inverness FL sight unseen after having spent a couple of visits to the area earlier in the year looking at homes with Melynda. We felt confident making the purchase based on Melynda's assessment, along with a number of videos she shot both inside and outside the home. Our purchase was complicated by the fact that were in Canada and also were looking for a VA loan! Melynda's knowledge of the local area and various services (pool, yard, inspection, water, electrical, internet, insurance, etc.) was invaluable. We're not sure if any other realtor could have gotten us across the finish line. She continues to check in with us even though we have closed! She's the best.
