Tom was amazing in helping sell my house in Florida. I live in New Jersey and had contacted him the previous year to see what my options may be if I wanted to sell; while life happened and I couldn't make it to Florida he took it upon himself to do a drive by assessment of the property and seemed like the perfect man for the job! Very motivated, interested and positive! Even after I hadn't reached back out, he still maintained a positive reach until I contacted him to let him know i'd be in town for a few days if he was still interested. While Tom may look young, he came prepared with papers, another person to get an opinion on the house, and full knowledge of what we might need to do to get the process going. An added bonus; He's very understanding, and well spoken! Within a few days from our meet, he told me he already had an offer which met my wants/needs from the property and it was all downhill from there!
