Rachel Lloyd brings a wealth of multifaceted expertise to the real estate industry as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Licensed Community Association Manager, Licensed Insurance Adjuster, and tenured Property Manager. Before entering the real estate world, Rachel proudly served for over a decade with the Florida Department of Corrections, retiring as a Corrections Sergeant in 2016. In addition, she is a Military Veteran and a native of Gainesville, Florida.
After retiring, Rachel began her real estate journey in property management, where she developed a deep understanding of both residential and investment properties.
