Marlene roan was there for every single aspect of our purchase and sale of our home. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the process put me at complete ease. It gets so overwhelming with all the paperwork and everything there is to do and she was on top of it all and helped with everything along the way!!! She got us the property and the exact price we wanted and it was a STEAL. I can not believe still that we got it at that price-she deserves a metal. She went back and forth negotiating and she wrote very detailed letters with comps and she fought tooth and nail for us. We were not have purchased it without her!!! She knew so much about the area and community. I knew we were in the right hands from the start. She even went above and beyond to attend the walk through and got us repairs and a new AC after inspection.
