The excellent superlative really doesn't do justice here. She met trades for me, met appraisers and inspectors for me, and went above and beyond in a dogged determination to make this happen for me. I've had relationships with realtors who simply list a property and vanish, ones that overprice and blame something else for slow results, ones that simply don't have time to aggressively market a property, and ones that don't go the extra step (like interacting with trades and inspectors). While our sale was slow in coming, I'm convinced that it was NOT due to any shortfall by Kathleen. I know this house was marketed aggressively and was shown to more potential buyers and brokers that ever in the past. I made a good decision when I hired Kathleen....
