The excellent superlative really doesn't do justice here. She met trades for me, met appraisers and inspectors for me, and went above and beyond in a dogged determination to make this happen for me. I've had relationships with realtors who simply list a property and vanish, ones that overprice and blame something else for slow results, ones that simply don't have time to aggressively market a property, and ones that don't go the extra step (like interacting with trades and inspectors). While our sale was slow in coming, I'm convinced that it was NOT due to any shortfall by Kathleen. I know this house was marketed aggressively and was shown to more potential buyers and brokers that ever in the past. I made a good decision when I hired Kathleen.

Kathleen Long is not just a great Real Estate Broker, but she became a friend and confident. She is passionate about her work and that made me more comfortable because she knew her stuff and she knew the areas that I was interested in. She understood my concerns as a single working mom of a toddler, and answered any questions that I had promptly. She had my interest in mind and looked out for me, which made me even more comfortable with working with her. Buying a house is a extremely stressful and long process that I did not know anything about, and Kathleen Long did all the legwork and explained to me a lot along the way. I definitely would recommend her to anyone I know who's looking for a place to buy, or if they're selling their property, as I know Mrs. Long will go out and beyond to service them.
