Donna Marie Bartoli
Donna Marie became a Realtor® in 2014 and joined C21 Real Estate Champions. Donna Marie worked together as a team with her sister, Deborah Schnitzler, for several years. They were often called the Property Sisters. Deborah retired from real estate in 2023. Donna Marie has continued to work as an agent specializing in the residential market. Donna Marie successfully completed the Florida state licensing requirements for Sales Associate in 2014. She has additionally completed the 3 courses for her Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation the course for her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and the certification for Price Strategy Advisor (PSA). Donna Marie was awarded the Golden Eagle in 2022 and 2018, Platinum Eagle in 2017, Silver Eagle in 2015, sales awards from Century 21. The Quality Service awards in 2022, 2021, 2019, 2017, and 2015 from her client’s surveys to Century 21. Donna Marie’s previous career was with Suburban Propane. She retired after 36 years and relocated to Florida from Monterey, California. During her career at Suburban, she held many different positions, including Customer Relations Specialist and Area Sales Representative. Donna Marie assisted in the engineering of new installations of propane for residential and commercial projects. In her spare time, Donna Marie enjoys listening to live music with friends, singing and has traveled the world performing with the choral group, I Cantori di Carmel. Donna Marie is enthusiastic, tenacious, and enjoys helping people sell their home or buy their piece of paradise.
