Mr. Hector Millan is the best agent who I had in my life. Before I had experience with different Companies . Also for house on 9400 Ridge Rd we had other Company,they kept my house for 7 months and did not sell.
When Mr. Hector took house we had contract on the 3rd day.
Last few months I had a lot personal problems, my husband was in hospital and I "didn't head" to do any business.. Mr. Hector helped me to resolve all house problems: he found licensed electrician and wached his work, found man to cut grass, changed filter in Swiming pool, cleaned with pressure front and back patio, etc.,
He advised me what I should change to make my house more attractive. He was doing everything free, from his heart.
