Lily was a pleasure to deal with! I was very satisfied with how she handled everything. I had a couple ideas I talked to her about on how I wanted to try and have my condo sold. I appreciated that she was open minded and agreed. My condo was put on the market on a Thursday and by Monday there were multiple offers. This was incredible as comparables were taking over 5 months to sell. Lily did an outstanding job negotiating for me! She provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Before contacting her, I tried to sale my condo myself. Contacted several investors, all low ball offers. It was a very stressful experience. I regret trying to go that route. Even with closing cost and realtor commissions, I got far more for my condo with Lily working for me versus selling to an investor. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Anytime I had a question or concern, she was always quick to respond. Lily is truly the best realtor I've ever dealt with, absolutely excellent!
