I worked with Lou Asack to sell my previous home and he made the experience very easy and pleasant.
When Lou came with me to look at the home initially and with the home inspector, he was very aware of things that needed to be looked at and would make sure to point out things I may have missed because he wanted me to have all the facts about the property before making a decision. Given some of the repairs needing to be done he was able to negotiate a better price for me below the listed price to help offset some of those costs.
Lou is very easy to work with. He kept me informed about every step of the process and what next steps to expect. I could call with questions and he was always available to speak with me and address and needs or concerns I had.
Everyone that Lou introduced me to were amazing. If I needed anything or had questions, they were always availble to help me. Mike Kelly was extremely helpful during the mortage process and explaining everything needed during the approval process.
