I found Miss Macneil to be a real go getter and went to bat for me several times in the many houses we tried getting. It was the most difficult market that I ever encountered in purchasing a house which this was about my 10th altogether but no other market was quite like this one. I thought at the beginning that it was just difficult for the buyers but found out that it was just as difficult for the realtors because they were up against each other as well. I was just about to give it a rest for awhile when lo and behold Ms. Macneil pulls yet another trick out of her hat. I continually saw her experience in numerous ways and I could only describe her as a spitfire and told her as such on numerous occasions as she never gave up on me. I thought that I didn't stand a chance in getting a house at the time due to the bidding wars which #1 I was not going to participate. I found that the realtors were all competing for the same sale in the same wild market and their expertise came into play as did Ms. Maria's to the max. Her professionalism and 25 years of experience displayed unceasingly and is what landed me the sale on the house that I now call my home. I thank Maria and Beggins Realty for all that they did for me and would not hesitate to recommend her as an outstanding realtor that goes that extra mile that you can wholeheartedly trust; not only for her professionalism but as a good, honest, and caring human being.
