Born and raised on Long Island's North Shore, Russ grew up in a family deeply rooted in real estate, making it an integral part of his life and naturally chosen career path. After relocating to Tampa Bay nearly 20 years ago, Russ was recruited to manage the South Tampa office of CENTURY 21 Beggins, building strong local relationships and developing a deep understanding of the Tampa Bay market. While Russ now resides on Treasure Island, his expertise spans the entire Tampa Bay region-including Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties.
