Thomas Harris Jr
Thomas joins Century21 BE3, with more than 9+ years of Real estate experience. A native of Alabama, over 2 decades of his life was spent in the Metro Atlanta area before relocating to the Pensacola, Florida area in 2016 with his wife and son to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
After a career of 25+ years in the Fire and EMS services, he earned a BS in Fire Science, obtained the rank of Fire Captain, served as a Paramedic in EMS, as well as functioned as a Fire Inspector, Fire Instructor, Arson Investigator, POST Instructor, and State of Georgia EMS Instructor. He accumulated numerous Fire service and Emergency Medical certifications and licensures and retired from Public Safety in 2012.
Once relocated to the Pensacola, Florida area, the decision to pursue Real Estate was made based on prior work experience, life experiences, and extensive education in residential building construction and the nuances that it presents. Additionally, the need to be of service in assisting individuals on one of the most life-changing journeys they will take.
The personal goal is to not only assist in the journey of ownership, whether buying or selling Real Estate, but to also offer education in the details of the processes often overlooked, but vitally important to transactions. This personal goal is guided by the same Integrity, Ethics and Morality as exemplified in his Public Safety career and daily life....
