Marilyn Castillo Potts has been licensed as a Realtor since 1984. She has experience in all areas of Real Estate, including Residential, Multifamily, Business, Commercial properties and Property Management. Marilyn was born in Havana, Cuba. Since her familys exile in 1960 she lived throughout various Central and South American countries, including Venezuela, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua but has called Miami home for over 40 years. As a consequence, she has an excellent understanding of the Miami market and its diverse inhabitants. During her 30 years in the business she has consistently been a Top Producer belonging to the Multi-Million Dollar Club and Presidents Club for over 15 years. She was the Top Sales Agent for First Service Realty in the years 2003, 2004 and 2005 and belonged to the 100% Club with RE/MAX Advance Realty from 2010 through 2014. She has sold over $100 million in property throughout the last 15 years of her career. Marilyn has the honor of belonging to the Master Brokers Forum, (by invitation only) assigned to the top 250 elite Realtors in the Miami-Dade County Area. Marilyn has a strong background in accounting and finance and is an alumnus of MDCC and FIU. She is very active in her parish and gives back to her community by playing guitar and singing in the church choir. She also teaches CCD. Marilyn attributes her success 1st to God and then to her genuine caring for people.
