With a wealth of experience spanning 17 years in the real estate industry, I specialize in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales and Listings, catering to a diverse clientele that includes First Time Home Buyers, Military and Civilian Relocation, as well as Investment and Commercial Properties. Over the course of my career, I've successfully closed over 700 Real Estate Transactions, amassing a remarkable sales volume exceeding 450 Million Dollars.
In 2011, I proudly earned the distinction of being the Number 1 Listing and Sales Agent in Northwest Florida, achieving an impressive 98.6 Million in Sales. Since 2008, I have consistently ranked as a Top Producer in the field. Additionally, my dedicated team has garnered recognition through awards such as the Presidential Circle and International Elite for our outstanding efforts.
Originally from Ohio, I made Niceville my home in 1997 after an 8.5-year tenure in the United States Air Force as a Computer Operations Specialist and 7 years as a Navy Civil Service Employee serving as a Program Security Manager. My diverse professional background includes roles as a Community Development Project Manager for St. Joe Towns and Resorts in Watersound, Florida, and a 3-year stint on the Air Force Honor Guard at Kirtland AFB. In 2002, I proudly managed Niceville's First Little League State Championship Baseball Team.
My family and I have been proud residents of Niceville and the Florida Panhandle for 26 years, actively engaging in our local church and community. My wife, a 6th Grade Language Arts teacher, and I appreciate the area for its exceptional schools, making it an ideal environment to raise a family. Niceville's recognition as the Number 1 Community in the State of Florida to Raise a Family in 2012 and 2022 further solidifies our love for this beautiful region.
