From the first time we used Michelle when we moved from Alaska to Dunedin, we were impressed with how prepared she was. Before we ever arrived in state to look she had communicated regularly with us, as you would a friend, and had looked at my pictures of our previous home and taken all my communication into consideration so that by the end of the first day of looking we had found the perfect townhome right downtown. In negotiations we ended up getting it for less than the asking price.
When we decided to sell in 2017 and move just a mile south into a home we called her, followed her pricing advice, and the townhome sold within 24 hours at a great price. She also got us into a house we really wanted that already was in contract by giving us excellent advice on what to offer.
When we devided to move back to AK this year, we called Michelle. She listened to our concerns on our 100 yr old home & took her advice on repairs/touch ups & staging. It sold within 4 days....
