As a second-generation real estate broker, I often say that real estate is just in my blood. At an early age, I loved helping out at our family-owned office… organizing supplies, answering phones or going to show houses with Mom and Dad. I quickly discovered that being a real estate agent was SO much more than showing houses - it was personal, it was ALL about the people; the actual house was secondary. This growing love ultimately led to me obtaining my New York real estate license during college years.<br><br>After completing my Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from St. John Fisher College, I served as office manager and property manager for one of our offices in the Finger Lakes area of New York; managing several real estate agents as well as handling seasonal and long-term rentals. Though great experience, I learned that my true passion was in helping clients find their next home, investment property or commercial space.<br><br>Over the next several years, I worked tirelessly to help friends, family, new and repeat clients buy and sell property. Real estate came easy as I had a fondness for helping people. During the first 2 years of selling, I was awarded Pinnacle Quality Service for exceptional service; Masters-level awards for multi-million-dollar production; Rising Star for newest-to-the-business with highest level production. Additionally, I served for 4 years as a director for our board of Realtors. As I watched my business grow year after year, I held true to myself that my clients came first. I believe that my success is a result of operating with the highest level of morals and ethics.<br><br>When my husband, two daughters and I decided to relocate from New York to Florida, there was no question that I'd obtain my Florida Broker license. What an exciting new market to break into!<br><br>From our start in Tampa in 2021, to our move to Palm Harbor in April of 2023, and now on to our family home in Spring Hill/Brooksville, I have spent the past years in Florida helping clients all over Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Manatee Counties. And boy, what a BEAUTIFUL place this is! With God's hand, our now family of 5, has been blessed through this Real Estate career. I am excited to continue to meet new clients, serve repeat clients (New York and Florida) and as always, work with honesty and ethics at the forefront of my business.
