Gavin was super helpful and explained everything to me very thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and knew I didn't fully understand things and how they worked. He took his time and broke everything down to make it so much easier for me to understand. I appreciated that he took his time and didn't push me into purchasing just any house to gain his commission. I mean we looked at so many houses and he told me not to worry that we could look at a million houses until I found the perfect one.
