Kevin Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Broker for the award-winning CENTURY 21 OneBlue and OneBlue Real Estate School. In his role as CEO, Kevin is responsible for ensuring that our organizations are defying mediocrity and delivering an extraordinary experience for our agents, students, and consumers. Kevin's commitment to providing extraordinary experiences is rooted in his 17-years of hospitality leadership experience first with Disney, then with Hilton Worldwide. In 2014, Kevin made the transition to real estate and instantly found success for himself and most importantly the buyers, sellers, and agents he has been honored to work with. After two years in real estate, Kevin quickly noticed that the real estate brokerage model had serious issues as most brokerages were “broker-centric” and failed to represent the diversity of the communities in which they operated. Knowing there had to be a better way, Kevin launched OneBlue Real Estate in September 2016 and just two months later, he launched OneBlue Real Estate School. Both organizations were launched to provide a platform that celebrated the rich diversity of our community and put the agent experience at the forefront of every decision made by the leadership teams. The success of the brokerage caught the attention of CENTURY 21® and in 2018, just 18-months after opening, OneBlue Real Estate happily accepted an invitation to join the most recognized real estate brand in the world and made the translation to CENTURY 21 OneBlue. After doing a lot of research, we ended up going with Century 21 OneBlue. What drew us to them initially is the fantastic flat fee, full service listing for only $2,995.
