Carolyn went straight to work. She contacted our property managers and HOA to see about what was allowed for advertising and gather information for the sale that the buyer would need. She set up a photographer for the property the first week; the pictures were beautiful. She was in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on, next steps, when something was happening, what needed to be done. This communication made everything feel effortless. She also kept in contact with my tenant, whom was still living in the property to be sold, to arrange for showings and making sure my tenant had ample time to find care for her dog. there was some back and forth with the buyer. During this time Carolyn never pressured us, it was always about what we were comfortable with and what we wanted to do and she conveyed that superbly to the other agent. In the end, we were very happy with the sale and the process of everything. Carolyn went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more thankful! We have her on with us in finding a new home in another city and selling another property we have. We would have noone else!
