A Florida native, born in Clearwater, I am a lifelong resident of the Florida Suncoast. I have an extensive background and knowledge in the real estate industry going back to the 1980’s with learning all aspects of title insurance and real estate closings and was the Florida Regional Manager for a National homebuilder’s title insurance company. In the early 1990’s, I worked for a Homebuilder as Contract & Closing Administration. In 1997, I obtained a Florida Real Estate License and began my career in New Home Sales where I sold over $80 million dollars in new homes in the Tampa Bay area through 2009. My passion for real estate and the desire to help people achieve the American Dream, brought me to the global powerhouse of Century 21. I am a FULL TIME Realtor® who works with Sellers and Buyers. I've also earned the following Century 21 Corporate Awards: Emerald Award, Ruby Award, Quality Service, and Pinnacle Quality Service. It's not work when you love what you do!
