Janet and her husband, Craig, made the decision to call Southwest Florida home full-time in 2013, bringing their two grown children along for the adventure. Over the years, they have lived in several communities throughout Englewood and Port Charlotte before discovering the Riverwood community, where they are proud to now call home.
Today, Janet and Craig—the Croson Team at Riverwood Realty—combine their love of Southwest Florida with their passion for helping others discover the lifestyle they’ve come to cherish.

Their experience extends throughout Charlotte and Sarasota Counties, with particular knowledge of gated golf communities, resort-style neighborhoods, pool homes, new developments, and the unique real estate market in Riverwood.
