Mark Fanstill, Realtor®, is the Office Manager of Tropical Breeze Realty of SW FL, LLC and Riverwood Realty. Mark has over 40 years of experience in business management. His management expertise is an asset to our companies. As a licensed REALTOR® and previously a rental coordinator he has the knowledge and experience to lead this company through the ever changing world of real estate.
Mark’s family came to Charlotte County in the mid 1970’s. Like many of our residents in Southwest Florida, Mark is a transplant from Chicago, IL. and is still a die-hard Chicago sports fan. As a resident of Port Charlotte since 1998, Mark has witnessed tremendous growth in Southwest Florida. Mark’s knowledge of the community and surrounding area is a benefit to our company.
Mark attends First Alliance Church in Port Charlotte and enjoys volunteering in many functions at the church. Mark is a big supporter of local the music and arts. Southwest Florida is a mecca for artists and musicians, just another great benefit living here. Mark is always eager to help you find your own slice of paradise in Southwest Florida.
