Her background also includes construction industry experience in Naples and certification through the National Certified New Homes Sales Professional program, giving her insight into construction, new home sales, contracts, marketing, negotiation, and transaction details.
Before real estate, Nancy built a strong foundation in sales, marketing, communications, and service, working with the Associated Press and Clear Channel Radio and helping launch a nonprofit supporting families and children in need.
Her commitment to service continued through her family’s real estate business in Ohio, where she participated in community programs focused on schools, neighborhoods, affordable housing, cultural diversity, predatory lending education, Bridges Out of Poverty, and Getting Ahead.
Through the Lucas County Family Council and National Fair Housing Department, Nancy helped support affordable housing efforts, grant writing, and Mission Driven Investment initiatives.
One defining experience was helping save an active-duty military client’s home from foreclosure under the Soldiers and Sailors Act—an example of Nancy’s commitment to standing beside clients when it matters most.
That same spirit of service guides her real estate work today.
Nancy knows selling a home takes more than a yard sign. With Century 21 Tropical Breeze Realty, she uses modern marketing tools and social media to give listings broad exposure and connect properties with buyers.
