I have been involved in the real estate and building industry for over 30 years. My wife and I are from southern California and discovered Florida while traveling and visiting our two sons during their Army basic training. We fell in love with Florida’s sandy beaches, blue skies, palm trees, incredible sunsets, and abundant wildlife and we moved to Rotonda West in January of 2023. We enjoy the wonderful array of activities that are available to us. Riding bicycles, going on walks, playing pickleball and tennis, playing golf, going to the beach, watching sunsets, outdoor dining, Barbecuing, visiting the islands, and get-togethers with friends.
