Jose came highly recommended by a out-of-area realtor who had done a great job for our friends. We are an out-of-town buyer and it really helped that Jose patiently listened to what we were looking for and offered an honestly assessment of the areas that would likely meet our wants and needs.
Prior to our first trip out, Jose gathered a number of listings that met our search criteria that would take slightly more time then we had to make sure we got to see the most number of properties. Jose even offered to pick us p from an airport that is an hour away!
We spent ample of time at each listing. During each showing, Jose would walk through the property and point out areas of interest. Jose never rushed or talked us into making an offer. After we decided to make an offer, Jose would promptly reach out to the buyer side and assisted in our negotiations.
Jose's services did not stop after closing. He reached out periodically to make sure thing were fine with the property, and he even did a video walk through of the property several months after closing!
We feel very fortunate to have found Jose and appreciate his continue engagement. We would recommend Jose to anyone that is looking to move to Port Saint Lucie or nearby areas!
