We chose Kim after reading all of the positive reviews on her. We must say she did not disappoint. We liked Kim from the moment we met her, her professionalism and friendliness was very apparent. Kim first spent time with us showing us around some of the gated communities which she suggested following prior emails back and forth regarding what we were looking for. She never wasted time showing us homes or neighborhoods we were not interested in and was always looking out for our best interests. We must also give five stars to Sandra (Sandy) Nejib/McDowell in the office. Although we haven't met Sandy we communicated many times via email and phone calls and she has also displayed professionalism in every sense of the word. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Kim and Sandy and as a result we found our new home for the next chapter in our lives....
