With over 20 years of Real Estate Experience in Residential Sales, Residential Property Management, and Leasing, as well as Commercial Sales and Leasing, both in Illinois and Southern California, I am very excited to bring my talents to Florida and join the CENTURY 21 Beggins Team.
I have sold and leased both Multi-Million Dollar Homes as well as Multi-Million Dollar Commercial Properties like CVS and Walgreens.
I have learned through the years to be a great listener, always transparent, and I pride myself on, first and foremost, being a great Coach for my Clients.
I am fortunate to have been surrounded by great Mentors and Team Members throughout my career that have taught me to give the Best Client-Experience possible.
Some clients prefer an "Old School Approach" without computers or hi-tech, and many clients love harnessing the power and speed of the latest technology ... either way is fine by me.
Most importantly, I can simplify the complex and help Buyers and Sellers navigate their way to the finish line.
