After a 39 year career as a tax lawyer and accountant in the Financial Services industry, both as a Principal at a Big Four accounting firm and as the Deputy Chief Tax Officer at Citigroup, Joe is excited to bring his client service skills and deep knowledge of business and markets to the Sarasota/Longboat Key real estate market. During his career, Joe has developed excellent client service skills, serving as an adviser to clients ranging from individuals and small partnerships to some of the world’s largest multinational businesses. He has built and led local, national and global teams to serve clients with complex issues related to acquisitions and divestitures, U.S. Federal, state and local and global tax issues, all with a view to achieving optimal business results.
Originally from Long Island and New Jersey, Joe has been coming to the Sarasota/Longboat Key area for over twenty years. Joe purchased his dream retirement home in Longboat Key in February 2018. Joe holds a Bachelors of Science in accounting from St. John’s University, a Juris Doctor from Villanova University, an LLM in Taxation from New York University, and an MBA from Columbia University. Joe is an avid tennis player, loves music, reading and spending time with his beautiful wife Tina and his family and friends....
