Trying to sit down and put your life in a paragraph or two is more of a challenge than I thought it would be. What is relevant? What can I bring to the table that will help us build a good bond, build trust, and quite possibly a friend for life? How can I bring you the structure that you need the dream of home ownership come true? In the end there is no perfect answer, but bringing 50 years of nose in the dirt experience to every experience allows me to be flexible and not have to have the perfect answer. Florida has been my home, since the age of 14. No matter if I tried to leave the state it always drew me back. There was always something in the background that always called to me. I lived most of my young adult life in Ocala starting at the very bottom and working my way up from grocery bagger to business owner. All of the steps in the middle only allowed me to add to my arsenal of tools including empathetic customer service, attention to procedures and details, following up on great questions, ensuring the correct outcome to any project, and taking any negatives into consideration to allow proper growth in the future. I could go in 50 different directions to try and tell you about me and why I am a great choice to partner up with you on your real estate needs. I chose to just focus on listening to you, my partner, and together we come up with a custom plan to get you closer to your goals. I want to be there to see your smile when unlocking the front door of your new home. It doesn't matter if it is new home construction or a preexisting location the excitement is all the same. Its my pleasure to help first time home buyers, veteran home buyers, home sellers, and of course investors. I will educate you on the entire process from getting financing and inspections as the buyer. For the sellar we will go through all of the tools needed to market your home to include professional photography, open houses, your own website for your home listing, and so much more.
