Originally from New York, I've called Tampa home since 2014. Over the years, I've developed a genuine appreciation for everything that makes the Tampa Bay area special, from its waterfront communities and vibrant neighborhoods to its local businesses and laid-back Florida lifestyle.
I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, and the surrounding communities. I have a particular passion for waterfront properties, condominiums, and helping out-of-state buyers confidently navigate the Florida real estate market.
Having served on my own condominium association's board of directors, I bring firsthand experience with HOA operations, condominium regulations, budgets, and community management. This perspective is especially valuable for clients navigating Florida's evolving condo market.
My approach is simple: honest advice, clear communication, and personalized service. I'm not here to pressure you into a decision or tell you what you want to hear.
