Chris Corcoran is great, you should look no further. He is very knowledgable, patient, and a great listener. Very important traits to have. Chris also is very detail oriented. He helped us out so much throughout the process. We would have not known what to do without him. He organized all of our vists, and there were many, very efficiently. We are very busy, and he was able to work with our crazy schedule. After we found our home and our offer was accepted by the sellers, Chris did not stop with his superb customer service skills. Any time an issue came up, and believe me there were quite a few, he was right there with a solution. All the way, until the closing, Chris had a guiding hand. We could not have picked a better Real Estate Agent to guide us through this process.
