Deann Tyner kept the line of communication during process of purchasing the property via texts, e-mails and phone calls open. Her availability and keeping me informed as to next steps was very helpful. In all they work great together, made me feel comfortable to take my time even in this frenetic market, helped with decision making in a non-pushy fashion, and took care of things I didn't even realize needed to be taken care of, such as our contingency clauses in the contract that in the end saved us thousands of dollars.
