I specialize in Relocation services and helping clients with their moves in and out of the State. There's a lot of moving parts to an out of state move and I help orchestrate them all. I have closed over 80 Million Dollars in sales since 2017 and have received Masters Awards and Quality Pinnacle Service Awards for Century 21 since 2016. I am proud to be a Navy Federal Preferred Agent and a Cartus and SIRVA Certified Relocation Agent. In 2022, I earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, a mark of excellence in the industry. Out of the vast pool of Realtors nationwide, less than 2% have achieved this distinguished status, solidifying my commitment to providing unparalleled service and expertise to my clients. Staging is also a vital part in the home sale process which is why I received my Certified Staging Certificate in 2019. My goal is help my wonderful clients from start to finish and maximize the most equity for my sellers. I hold a Bachelors Degree from the University of South Florida in Public Relations and Marketing. Community involvement plays a big role in my life. I am involved with many volunteer activities with the American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, The Humane Society of Tampa Bay and SPCA. In my free time I enjoy being a Mom to my 2 wonderful children and 2 dogs and 2 cats (yes I'm a huge animal lover). I also have a passion for yoga and wellness and firmly believe balance is so important in life!
